2nd International Green Dragon Tournament

    General rules


       On the Tournament we apply the Chinese Official International Rules. The non-player Referee is appointed by the organizers, an official Observer is delegated by the EMA. Scores are to counted by the players themselves. In disputable cases help can be asked from the Referee. Printed score sheets can be used during the tournament as a helping tool, but the use of mobile phone, laptop or any other electronic instruments is prohibited. The Tournament consists of 5 rounds, 120 minutes each. The beginning and the end of the rounds will be signed by a gong. The players can agree to have 10 minutes break after the 2nd wind round.
       The players' number will be decided by the draw of each player. They will receive a Score sheet where the tables are defined beforehand. The seats will be changed according to the official 2007 order.

       Registration fee: 20 € (EUR) - to be paid in advance. Including buffet lunches and mineral water for both days.

       In order to register please fill in the registration form and transfer the registration fee. All registered participants will receive confirmation about the registration.


    Prizes


       The 3 best players of the tournament and the best players of each round are going to receive valuable prizes.


    General conditions

       All participants should respect and comply with the exact timing defined in the agenda. Sanctions of delays (as defined in the Green Book): up to 10 minutes: minus 10 absolute points; 11-15 minutes: minus 20 points (which is not given to the playmates); 15 minutes or more: the player in delay cannot play within the given round only in the next round.
        It is prohibited to eat or smoke at the tables. Drinking is allowed.
       All players are entitled to bring guests to the Tournament (who will have the possibility to choose from plenty of recreational activities before, during and after the Tournament) but we kindly ask from all participants to comply with the common rules of the event. We kindly ask to avoid speaking and loud express of emotions during the rounds. Mobile phones should be switched off at the beginning of each round.
